Imageens Stands Strong in the Face of COVID-19 crisis

Imageens demonstrates resilience and innovation in the face of the COVID-19 crisis

While the COVID-19 pandemic created unprecedented challenges for startups worldwide—halting projects, freezing investments, and disrupting hospital operations—Imageens stood firm and continued to advance its mission at the intersection of medical imaging and AI.

At the height of the crisis, we remained focused on delivering innovation where it was needed most: preventive healthcare. Despite delays in hospital deployments and the uncertainty of the early months, we successfully:

  • Secured a strategic partnership with AP-HP (Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris), the largest university hospital system in Europe.
  • Completed a €1.2 million fundraising round, strengthening our ability to accelerate R&D and regulatory certification.
  • Reinforced our team and infrastructure to support the growing clinical demand for our cardiovascular prevention platform.

Being featured by Telecom Paris Incubator among the startups that “held strong” through the crisis reflects our deep conviction: that the healthcare of tomorrow is predictive, personalized, and powered by validated digital biomarkers.

Far from slowing us down, the crisis sharpened our focus and reaffirmed the need for solutions like CardioInspect, capable of identifying cardiovascular risk early and non-invasively—even outside of acute care.

At Imageens, we believe that innovation should be resilient—not just in technology, but in spirit.
